Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless it is due to an error on our side. If you return an item to our warehouse, you will be refunded (no exchanges are possible).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REIMBURSED?
If you return the item to our warehouse, you will be reimbursed as soon as your package is received.
Your bank account will be credited for the amount of the returned items via our secure payment partner Global-e.
The procedure can take up to 14 business days.
