- avec le mètre, mesurez maintenant votre profondeur de bonnet en le passant au niveau des tétons, là encore sans appuyer. Pour obtenir le résultat, soustrayez cette mesure à celle du tour de dos. Jusqu’à 13 cm, vous faites un bonnet A. 15 cm : bonnet B. 17 cm : bonnet C, et ainsi de suite en ajoutant une taille de bonnet tous les 2 cm.
