You may not always feel comfortable giving out your credit or debit card information on the Internet.
But with Etam, there is no need to worry!
Etam works hand in hand with the financial operators BNP and PAYBOX.
Etam uses the secure payment service PAYBOX, which meets the SSL security standard. Your confidential data (card number and expiration date) are encoded and sent directly to the PAYBOX server; it is never sent to our own server. PAYBOX’s server is connected directly to the server of the banks concerned in each country.
NEW! Since October 23rd 2012, your card will only be debited when the order is ready for shipment. If an item is sold out, it will be automatically deducted from your payment.
You can pay for your purchase using the card of your choice: carte bleue, Visa card, MasterCard or American Express, as well as any other card issued in the countries included in the zone.
PayPal allows you to make online payments without ever disclosing your credit card or carte bleue information directly to the online vendor.

E-Carte Bleue is a service offered by most French banks.
It allows you to enter a single-use number rather than your credit or debit card number.
When you are confirming your purchase, choose to pay with your regular bank card and
enter the information that has been sent to you by your bank.
You received an Etam gift card?
You can use this gift card to pay for purchases in shops or online.
All you have to do is enter the 19-digit number on your card and the 3-digit PIN.
If the total on your gift card is less than the total amount of your purchase, you can pay the difference using your regular credit or debit card. The Etam gift card can only be used once on the website (the entire amount of the gift card will be deducted).
What happens if I require a refund?
If you require a refund (when you return an item, for example), we will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item(s) via Paybox, our secure online payment service partner. It may take 2 to 4 days before the credited amount appears in your account. You will be sent a refund confirmation email.
NB: if you paid for the item using a gift card, by e-Carte Bleue or if your credit or debit card has expired since your purchase, you must contact our Customer Services Department on +33 (0)18.104.22.168.75 for a refund.
